Summer semester update

Whew! This has been a very fast paced semester. I do apologize for not writing posts sooner. However, it has been a very busy and accelerated summer. This semester was only 7 weeks long and was chock full of information and things we needed to study. I was taking an advanced physical assessment course. We covered every major body system within that allotted amount of time. Everything from skin, to digestive, to neurology was gone over in class. My classmates and I also learned how to get a better history from a patient and assess by listening and asking.

With summer classes over, I now shift my attention to writing more blog posts and relaxing over the summer to help “recharge” my mind. I look forward to writing new posts and sharing true health and healthy living!
